Care starts in person. Health fairs and screenings on site: vitals, blood pressure, and dried blood spot testing for A1C and lipids, about 20 minutes, no fasting required, family members 18 and over welcome. The employer receives aggregate, de-identified reporting only. From there, same-day access by phone or video for everyone on payroll, with a bilingual health coach first and a U.S.-licensed clinician the same day when needed.
