MiSaludian madres y padres are eligible for 12-weeks of flexible paid parental leave which they can take during the first 6 months of welcoming a new child through birth or adoption.
We are remote-first within US and Mexico, with a concentrate of team members in Guadalajara, Mexico and San Francisco, CA. MiSaludians work from the office about once per week to maximize collaboration.
