About the Role

As an SDR at MiSalud Health, you will be at the forefront of our growth, directly contributing to our mission of ensuring everyone, regardless of language or location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential clients within HR and Benefits leadership across Mexico and the United States.
  • Effective Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their challenges, needs, and alignment with MiSalud's value proposition.
  • Pipeline Development: Generate qualified leads through targeted outreach, including email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Relationship Cultivation: Nurture early-stage relationships with prospects, effectively communicating the benefits of MiSalud's unique solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • CRM Management: Accurately track and manage all activities and prospect information within our CRM system.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of proven success in a sales development or lead generation role, ideally selling to HR or Benefits professionals in Mexico or the United States.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-starter with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong understanding of the healthcare, desired.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
