MiSalud Health is seeking a driven and results-focused Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a pivotal role in connecting our innovative, bilingual virtual healthcare solutions with HR and Benefits leaders. You will be instrumental in identifying and qualifying potential clients who can benefit from our commitment to health equity and human-centered innovation.

What You'll Do

As an SDR at MiSalud Health, you will be at the forefront of our growth, directly contributing to our mission of ensuring everyone, regardless of language or location, has access to quality care.

  • Strategic Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential clients within HR and Benefits leadership across Mexico and/or the US.
  • Effective Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their challenges, needs, and alignment with MiSalud's value proposition.
  • Pipeline Development: Generate qualified leads through targeted outreach, including email, phone, and LinkedIn through AmpleMarket and Sales Navigator.
  • Relationship Cultivation: Nurture early-stage relationships with prospects, effectively communicating the benefits of MiSalud's unique solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • CRM Management: Accurately track and manage all activities and prospect information within our CRM system (Hubspot).
Compensation
  • $20,000 MXN monthly salary + commission
  • Up to 2.5% taxes, no IVA
