Who sees the results?

The member and their care team. Your organization sees an aggregate, de-identified risk profile. Never names.

What does the test involve?

Blood pressure, height, weight, BMI, waist, and a dried blood spot finger-prick for A1C and lipids. About twenty minutes. No fasting required. Results explained on site.

What happens with a concerning result?

Same-day enrollment with the coach they just met, and a physician when needed. Anyone at immediate risk is directed to urgent in-person care.

Can families attend?

Yes. Each employee's coverage includes up to three family members, and screening days can include them.
