MiSalud, Inc. Effective Date: March 23, 2026
MiSalud, Inc. ("MiSalud," "we," "us," or "our") operates misaludhealth.com (the "Site") as an informational and marketing resource primarily intended for employers, benefits brokers, health systems, and other business professionals evaluating MiSalud's services. The Site may also be visited by individual employees, job seekers, and members of the general public. This Privacy Policy applies to all U.S.-based visitors regardless of the capacity in which they visit.
Important: This Site does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a patient portal or healthcare service delivery platform, and no protected health information (PHI) is knowingly collected from Site visitors through this Site.
MiSalud Health is headquartered in California and does business throughout the United States. We are committed to responsible data practices and transparency regardless of whether a specific privacy law technically applies to us.
We do not currently meet the thresholds required for coverage under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). We monitor our data processing activities on an ongoing basis and will update this policy promptly if and when applicable legal thresholds are met.
We comply with the comprehensive privacy laws of other states to the extent we meet their applicable thresholds, which are based primarily on the volume of individual consumer data processed rather than revenue. Because the personal data we collect through this Site consists primarily of business professional contact information, we may fall outside the scope of many state privacy laws that exempt B2B data from their definitions of "consumer." We nonetheless apply responsible data practices broadly as a matter of policy.
We collect only personal information that is adequate, relevant, and reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. We collect the following categories:
Identifiers — Name, business email address, phone number, job title, company name, and IP address may be collected when you fill out a contact form, request a demo, download gated content, or register for a webinar or event.
Professional or employment-related information — Company name, industry, company size, and professional role, voluntarily provided or enriched via third-party sources.
Internet or other electronic network activity — Pages visited, time on site, referring URL, browser type, and device type, collected automatically via cookies and similar technologies.
Geolocation data — General location (city/state/region) inferred from IP address or voluntarily provided. We do not collect precise geolocation data (i.e., within a 1,750-foot radius or equivalent).
Inferences — Profiles drawn from the above categories to assess potential interest in MiSalud's services for marketing qualification purposes.
We collect personal information directly from you, automatically through your use of the Site, and from third-party sources such as LinkedIn, advertising platforms, and data enrichment partners.
We do not collect sensitive personal information through this Site.
We collect and use personal information only for the following specific, disclosed purposes and do not process it for purposes incompatible with those stated:
We do not use Site-collected information to provide medical care, make healthcare decisions, or create patient records of any kind.
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law. Upon expiration of the applicable retention period, personal information is deleted or de-identified.
