About the Role

As a BDR at MiSalud, you’ll be at the forefront of building our sales pipeline and driving revenue growth. This role is fully remote and open to candidates anywhere in the United States. It’s ideal for self-starters with 1–2 years of experience in sales development or lead generation.

‍Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients within HR and Benefits leadership across the U.S.
  • Effective Qualification: Engage prospects to understand their challenges, needs, and alignment with MiSalud’s solutions.
  • Pipeline Development: Generate qualified leads via email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Relationship Cultivation: Nurture early-stage relationships and effectively communicate MiSalud’s value.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions of qualified leads.
  • CRM Management: Track and manage all prospect activity in our CRM.

Qualifications (Must Have)

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 2-3 years of proven success in a sales development or lead generation role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-driven.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience selling to HR or Benefits professionals.
  • Background or interest in healthcare, wellness, or health tech.
