Reports To: Director of Sales

Role Summary

The Enterprise Account Executive is a strategic, quota-carrying position responsible for driving net new revenue by closing strategic B2B accounts in the Agriculture, Construction, CPG and Logistics as well as other verticals.

The AE will leverage a consultative approach to sell MiSalud Health’s unique hybrid model, focusing on the financial impact of employee retention and claims cost mitigation for large, frontline, and bilingual workforces (500–2,000+ employees). This role requires exceptional skill in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue & Pipeline Execution

  • Quota Attainment: Consistently meet or exceed the annual net new ACV quota of $1.5 Million, with a weighted focus on achieving peak revenue in Q2 and Q3.
  • Deal Ownership: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial Discovery (AE and BD-sourced lead) through contract negotiation and Closed-Won.
  • Forecasting Accuracy: Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and accurately forecast deal closure probabilities using the MEDDIC framework to ensure predictable revenue delivery.
  • Net New Focus: Focus entirely on acquiring net new logo business; renewal and expansion revenue are managed by the Account Management team.

2. Strategic & Consultative Selling

  • Financial Selling: Effectively articulate and prove MiSalud’s Return on Investment (ROI) by demonstrating how the hybrid model reduces high-cost claims (e.g., ER diversion) and mitigates the financial cost of employee turnover.
  • Stakeholder Navigation: Successfully navigate complex decision structures, engaging with and building consensus among Benefits Leaders, VPs of HR, and C-Suite (CFO/COO) executives.
  • Cultural Value Proposition: Expertly communicate the necessity of bilingual and culturally competent care as a strategic asset for employee loyalty and retention in high-turnover industries.

3. Collaboration & Funnel Management

  • BD Partnership: Collaborate closely with the assigned Business Development Representative (BDR) to refine ideal customer profiles (ICPs), accept highly qualified Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs), and provide timely feedback to optimize outbound strategy.
  • AE Capacity Management: Maintain a high-quality pipeline, ensuring time is focused on winnable opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge: Become an expert in MiSalud’s unique hybrid delivery model, including the clinical efficacy of on-site screenings and the financial model of DPC-style care.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Build strong working relationships with operations, clinical, and tech teams to engage the right team members when needed for consultative selling.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of proven closing experience (quota-carrying) in Enterprise B2B SaaS, Health Technology (HealthTech), or complex benefits consulting.
  • Domain Expertise: Must have prior experience selling into HR/Benefits departments for companies with large, decentralized, hourly workforces (Retail, Logistics, Manufacturing, or Hospitality).
  • Sales Methodology: Expert proficiency in structured sales methodologies, with MEDDIC strongly preferred.
  • Bilingual (Helpful): Fluency in Spanish is a significant advantage, demonstrating alignment with our core market and product mission.

Compensation

  • OTE (On-Target Earnings): [$200,000- $300,000 Total OTE (Based on $1.5M Quota)]
  • Base Salary: [$100,00- $150,000]
  • Incentives: Competitive accelerators and comprehensive health benefits.
