Business Operations & Delivery Manager

(Remote MX)

Position Overview

We are seeking a high-impact Business Operations & Delivery Specialist to bridge the gap between strategic vision and operational execution. This role is critical for driving the growth of our Strategic Accounts and White Label initiatives as we scale in 2026. You will blend analytical rigor with a product mindset to lead customer workshops, define technical scopes, and manage the delivery of complex telehealth solutions. The ideal candidate functions as a "startup-within-a-startup" lead, ensuring our operations remain compliant and efficient while delivering white-glove service to our most critical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Delivery & Customer Engagement
  • Executive Presentation: Serve as a primary point of contact for external executives and strategic stakeholders, using data-driven insights to lead high-stakes conversations.
  • Workshop Facilitation: Lead customer discovery workshops to define Scopes of Work (SOWs), particularly for white-label telehealth solutions and major B2B accounts.
  • Proposal Creation: Translate customer needs into formal proposals, leveraging product management frameworks to ensure feasibility and alignment with MISalud’s core platform.
  • End-to-End Delivery: Own the project lifecycle from initial scoping to final implementation, ensuring deliverables meet clinical, financial, and compliance standards.
2. Operational Strategy & Product Mindset
  • Process Optimization: Perform analysis of current clinical and administrative functions to identify bottlenecks and implement Lean/Six Sigma improvements.
  • Product Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer for the Operations & Tech teams, providing feedback on how to enhance platform data management and reduce time-to-analysis.
  • Resource Management: Track KPIs such as cost-per-service and resource utilization to ensure profitable and efficient delivery of new contracts.
3. Healthcare Compliance & Data Modeling
  • Regulatory Alignment: Ensure all white-label and strategic initiatives comply with MX and US regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
  • Analytics & Reporting: Design and maintain dashboards to provide visibility into the health of Strategic Accounts and overall operational performance.

Qualifications

Required
  • Experience: 3–5+ years in Business Operations, Management Consulting, or Project/Delivery Management, ideally within the Health Tech, Payer, or Provider space.
  • Customer-Facing Prowess: Proven track record of presenting to and influencing senior leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic Frameworks: Proficiency in using startup and product management frameworks to scope projects and solve complex business problems.
  • Technical Literacy: Strong SQL skills, advanced Excel, and experience with BI platforms to drive data-led decision-making.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (professional proficiency in English required - we may require a language proficiency test during the interview process).
Preferred
  • Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) is highly preferred, or Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
  • Domain Expertise: Familiarity with EHR/EMR integrations and health data standards like HL7 or FHIR.
