Bismarck Lepe is a Mexican American and a co-founder and Executive Chairman of the Board of MiSalud. The son of migrant farm workers, he spent his early childhood following the seasonal harvests with them from Mexico, through California and up to Washington state. He graduated from Stanford University and has become one of the most successful tech entrepreneurs and investors, with nearly $1B in exits. Bismarck is CEO and founder of Wizeline, a product intelligence company that helps businesses drive the development of products. Prior to Wizeline, Lepe was a co-founder and founding CEO of Ooyala, a video technology platform company. At Ooyala he raised $20 million in funding and led the strategy that drove its early growth and success. Previously, he was an early employee at Google, responsible for Ads Quality products and Video Advertising, which contributed over $1 billion in revenue. His board work includes Cerby (cybersecurity), Tec de Monterrey - Guadalajara Campus, MiSalud Health, Farmacias del Ahorro and the investment committee of Proeza Ventures.

Wendy Johansson co-founded MiSalud and serves as Chief Product and Data Officer. She is a Silicon Valley founder and product leader who has spent her career building equitable teams and products in tech. Wendy has most notably co-founded and exited Wizeline a global product development company, built a diverse and inclusive UX Apprentice program at Amazon, led a global team of designers as Global VP of Experience at Publicis Sapient, and built her early career as a UX leader at successful early-stage startups.In her free time, Wendy mentors the next generation of tech leaders at Coho Fellowship, invests in startups in LatAm with the CompuSoluciones Corporate Venture Fund, is an advisor at Cerby and Wizeline, and champions women and POC in tech. At Livongo, Alex revolutionized diabetes management through intelligent technology and personalized support, which was acquired by Teladoc for $18.5B in 2020. His deep understanding of user engagement, data-driven insights, and the complexities of scaling healthcare innovations are instrumental in guiding MiSalud Health's growth and impact.
Advisor
Dr. Keegan Duchicela is a family physician who has spent his career using technologies like AI and telehealth to enhance healthcare accessibility for all. As a virtual primary care practitioner himself, he adds valuable insights to MiSalud Health’s model of telehealth + job-site engagement.
Dr. Duchicela has served as a board member for Cachamsi, a medical Spanish immersion program, and as faculty with the Stanford-O’Connor Family Medicine Residency Program. Previously at Human Longevity, Dr. Duchicela helped lead the development of personalized preventive programs using genomics, advanced imaging, and novel blood-based biomarkers to detect early risk for cancer, cardiovascular and neurodegenerative disease. At Color Health, he helped develop scalable programs to improve access to cardiovascular, infectious disease, and cancer screening for hard-to-reach populations. He is board certified in family medicine and obesity medicine.

Cindy Blanco Ochoa is a proud Jalisciense and the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer at MiSalud Health. Her professional career crosses both Mexico and the U.S. and spans IT, government, nonprofits and large enterprises. That knowledge led to building MiSalud to solve a challenge she faced along with many other U.S. Latinos.: a U.S. health care system so complex, she would wait to get medical treatment in Mexico from doctors who knew her culture and language.Cindy previously served as a Council Woman at the Government of Zapopan, where she led the Socioeconomic Development Commission. She currently serves at the Board of Advisors at Carabela Venture Capital Fund and on the investment committee at Redwood Ventures. Prior to these roles, she was co-founder and CEO at StartupGDL, a Wizeline sister nonprofit that helped fast-growing global tech startups access the Mexico tech ecosystem. Cindy is particularly interested in supporting female entrepreneurs and making the tech sector more inclusive and diverse. She has a B.A. in International Affairs from ITESO University and a Diploma from Stanford and Colegio de México. Cindy was awarded as a Delegate of the IVLP for Women in Entrepreneurship by the US State Department in 2018.
